WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All plant orders will ship when weather appropriate for the most temperature sensitive plant on the order. If you would like an estimate of this time frame please reach out to our customer service team at info@pondplantsusa.com. For a general guideline see the table below.

SHIPPING CUT OFF – To ensure timely delivery of live plants, shipments take place on Monday and Tuesday. Orders received after 5PM Eastern time on Mondays will usually ship the following week. Orders placed in April and May can occasionally be pushed back an additional week as we work to fill pre-orders placed in fall and winter.

Orders are usually shipped USPS Priority Mail, but occasionally ship via UPS. It is STRONGLY recommended that orders are shipped to an address where the package can be brought inside immediately. Damage to plants from the package sitting outside is probable.

USDA hardiness zones referenced in the map above are a ROUGH guide for shipping time. Hardiness zones refer to winter cold and not necessarily spring warming trends which can vary by location and year to year. We closely monitor weather forecasts for the deliver location for each individual order to ensure maximum success for your pond plantings and will only ship when appropriate.
